Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the pecans in a large mixing bowl. I like to use pre-shelled pecans for convenience but you can buy a bag of pecans in the shell and use a nutcracker to remove them from the shell.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt.
In a small saucepan or frying pan, melt the butter over low heat then whisk in the Worcestershire sauce and dry spice mixture.
Pour the melted butter mixture over the bowl of pecans and use a large mixing spoon until the nuts are evenly coated.
Spread the pecans onto a large baking pan.
Place the pecans in the oven and let toast for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven, stir the pecans, return to the oven and let toast for another 10 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and pour the toasted spiced pecans into a large stainless steel, or other heatproof bowl, until cooled to room temperature.
Place a portion of the toasted spice pecans into a decorative dish and serve as a tasty snack at your next Super Bowl party, backyard BBQ, or dinner party.
Leftover toasted spiced pecans can be stored in an airtight container for a few weeks.
