Maintain Weight With Exogenous Ketones

Note: This blog post is a sponsored conversation written by Lynn Smythe, the Founder and Chief Blogger for The Creative Cottage lifestyle blog. The opinions, thoughts, ideas and text are all mine.

I don’t know about you, but almost every day when I first check the internet, my newsfeed is blown up with the latest diet and nutrition plans. Vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, Keto, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Low-carb nutrition plans, etc. I could go on and on but you get the idea.

Reaching My Goal Weight

Maintaining a healthy weight has always been a struggle for me, especially as I’ve recently gone through menopause and I’m quickly approaching my mid 50s (what!?!) If you’ve been reading The Creative Cottage blog for any amount of time, or following me on social media, I’m sure you’re aware that Food & Drink is one of my favorite topics to write about. I love cooking, reviewing cookbooks and testing out and developing new recipes.

With all that cooking and eating I’ve been doing (hey, I have to make sure those recipes I’m creating actually taste delicious), and maybe not getting enough exercise, I’m not exactly at my goal weight. So, I’ve been doing a bit of research on what I can do to help boost my health and nutrition plan towards my goal of reaching and maintaining a healthier weight.

Nutritional Supplements

Exogenous ketones are one nutritional supplement to consider – they provide optimal health benefits for anyone following a low-carb, keto diet. These supplements offer a variety of possible benefits and can help you re-hydrate, replenish electrolytes and even restore energy levels throughout the day.

Ketond makes a variety of ketone supplements that can help maintain weight, improve endurance and boost daily energy levels. They make a variety of products in delicious flavors including peach, grape, fruit punch, citrus mango and caramel macchiato!

Always check with your doctor, or healthcare provider, before using a new dietary supplement (such as exogenous ketones) or if you’re considering trying a new diet or exercise routine.
