Create your company a page on all of the main platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to give yourself the best chance of gaining and interacting with customers. You can also use Q&A sites such as Quora, Houzz or Reddit as long as you are provide informative comments and tips and not writing a sales pitch for your products and services every time you post. Your clients, and potential clients are going to love this.

Managing Your Website

Finally, your website needs to be monitored to make sure that your customers are still getting the most from it. If this is not happening, then you are probably experiencing a high bounce rate. This is where people have come onto your website and immediately clicked off. Your business site needs to be running at an effective speed always to ensure the maximum benefits from it. Your load times can’t be more than 2 seconds, your website needs to be easy to navigate, and everything on it must be relevant.
